Technical Support - FireFTP for Firefox on Windows and Mac
Initial Account Setup
FireFTP is a free, secure, cross-platform FTP client for Firefox which provides easy and intuitive access to FTP servers. You can download it from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/684/ - for simplicity I recommend that you use Firefox to download this file.
When you click the Install Now, Firefox will ask for confirmation that you want to install this plugin. Click Install Now once the countdown finishes.

Restart Firefox to complete the installation.
Choose FireFTP from the Tools menu to open.

A new tab will appear - click Manage Accounts and choose New from the menu.

You need to fill in the details for your FTP account. These will have been sent by email - if you don't have FTP details, please email and I will set up your account.
You will have:
FTP Server: photoshopservices.dyndns.org
Username: USERNAME
Password: PASSWORD
Directory: /YourDirectory
On the main tab, fill in your details.
In the orange highlighted section, give your FTP account a name, such as Photoshop Services FTP.
In the red highlighted section, type photoshopservices.dyndns.org
In the blue highlighted section, type the Username provided in your email.
In the black highlighted section, type the Password provided in your email.

Then switch to the Connection tab.
In green highlighted section, type the directory name from your email.

Now hit Ok and your settings will be saved.
Hit Connect to connect to the server.

Transferring Files
The left hand side is your computer - your local hard drives. The right hand side is the FTP server.
Click the browse button to find files on your hard drive. The arrows in the centre are used to upload and download files, transferring them from left to right, or right to left.
You can also create folders, rename, delete, and so forth, using the right click menu.
